Overview

Last updated October 6 2026. These Terms and Conditions are an agreement between you and GoDesignsMarket LLC, 256 Chapman Rd, STE 105-4, Newark, Delaware 19702, United States. They govern godesignsmarket.com, accounts, purchases, memberships, designer stores, affiliate participation, promotions, downloads, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing, downloading, publishing, or otherwise using the service, you accept these Terms, the License Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy. If you act for an organization, you represent that you may bind it. You must not use the service if you do not agree.

1 Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. The service is not directed to children. You must provide accurate information, maintain a secure password, protect authentication methods, and promptly report unauthorized access. Google sign-in may be offered, but your GoDesignsMarket account remains governed by these Terms.

One person or legal entity may not operate deceptive duplicate accounts, evade restrictions, manipulate promotions, or misrepresent location or identity. Account credentials may not be sold or transferred. GoDesignsMarket may require email, identity, tax, payment, or business verification and may limit functions until verification is complete.

No direct buyer-to-designer messaging is offered at launch. Support and product issues must use GoDesignsMarket channels. Attempts to move transactions off-platform, request private payment, or collect unnecessary personal information are prohibited.

2 Marketplace role

GoDesignsMarket operates a managed digital marketplace. Designers retain ownership of their products and authorize GoDesignsMarket to host, market, license, deliver, and administer them. GoDesignsMarket controls checkout, collects buyer payments, issues platform receipts or available invoices, delivers files, and manages support, adjustments, and enforcement.

Designers are independent providers, not employees, partners, agents, franchisees, or representatives of GoDesignsMarket. They are responsible for their products, rights, descriptions, tax reporting, and compliance. GoDesignsMarket may collect and remit transaction taxes where required, including when treated by law as a marketplace facilitator, but no contractual label determines tax status in every jurisdiction.

The service is available only where lawful and supported by payment and payout providers. GoDesignsMarket may restrict a country, transaction, product, or account to comply with sanctions, provider rules, fraud controls, tax duties, or applicable law.

3 Products prices and orders

All products are digital unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices are shown in United States dollars. The checkout shows the amount due, applicable discounts, points, fees, membership charges, and taxes or tax-inclusive total as required. Currency conversion and issuer charges are controlled by the payment provider.

An account may acquire each individual product or bundle only once. Quantity is always one. If ownership is detected, the service may block the duplicate and direct the customer to Downloads. The license is selected at checkout; a Commercial License cannot later be converted into an Extended Commercial License by paying a difference.

A bundle may still be purchased when some contents are already owned, but duplicate items do not reduce its price. Product images are previews. Buyers must review formats, compatibility, dimensions, description, AI disclosure, and license before paying.

An order is accepted only after payment authorization and GoDesignsMarket confirmation. A pending order may remain pending for up to 24 hours or until the provider returns a final result. GoDesignsMarket may cancel or refund an order affected by pricing error, fraud, illegality, technical failure, duplicate payment, or unavailable content.

4 Payments taxes and stored methods

Initial payment methods may include Stripe-supported cards and PayPal. Payment providers process sensitive payment credentials. GoDesignsMarket does not store full card numbers or security codes. In a one-time purchase, a card is saved for future use only with the customer's affirmative choice. A method used for a membership is retained by the payment provider as needed for recurring billing.

GoDesignsMarket may calculate, collect, withhold, or remit sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar charges when required. Buyers and designers remain responsible for taxes not collected by the platform and for accurate billing and tax information. A receipt is generated for each completed order; an invoice may be available when sufficient fiscal information is provided.

Payment attempts may be declined, delayed, or reviewed. Circumventing fraud controls, using an unauthorized payment method, or disputing a valid charge instead of contacting support may result in suspension.

5 Discounts points and small-order fee

Only one coupon may be used per order. A store coupon applies only to eligible products from that store and reduces the amount on which designer earnings are calculated. A GoDesignsMarket coupon is funded by GoDesignsMarket unless its campaign states otherwise. Coupons do not apply to memberships unless created for that purpose and do not recur unless expressly stated.

Eligible paid product spending earns one point for each whole US dollar actually paid. Each point is worth one US cent when redeemed. At least 100 points are required, points may cover no more than 25 percent of the eligible subtotal, and points may be combined with one coupon. Points do not apply to memberships and are not earned on fees, taxes, amounts paid with points, or refunded amounts.

A US $0.20 small-order fee applies when the eligible subtotal after direct discounts and coupon is below US $5.00. Points are applied after that test and do not trigger the fee. A cart containing a membership is exempt. The fee belongs to GoDesignsMarket, earns no points, is refunded on a total refund, and is not recalculated on a partial refund.

Points are promotional, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, and may be corrected for error, abuse, refund, or chargeback. Refunded points are restored proportionally; points earned on a refunded purchase are removed, which may create a negative points balance.

6 Digital delivery and access

Downloads activate after payment confirmation. Technical links are signed, temporary, and may be regenerated from My Account while access remains available. Download All may operate as a queue of individual files. Reasonable security controls may limit abnormal concurrent sessions, automated downloading, or shared links without imposing an ordinary visible lifetime limit on a lawful buyer's library.

A file may be processing after order confirmation. GoDesignsMarket will show its status and notify the buyer when ready. Previous purchasers generally retain access after voluntary product removal or store closure. Access may be blocked for infringement, malware, illegality, a court order, or serious security risk, in which case GoDesignsMarket will provide a general explanation and available support or refund options.

Where applicable law gives a withdrawal right for digital content, the buyer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges that beginning the download or access may cause that withdrawal right to be lost where law permits. This acknowledgment never removes nonwaivable rights concerning defective, misdescribed, or nonconforming digital content.

7 Refunds cancellations and chargebacks

Because digital content is delivered immediately, completed downloads are generally final. GoDesignsMarket may provide a correction, replacement, account credit, or refund when a file is not delivered, materially defective, corrupted, infected, substantially different from its description, unlawfully offered, or purchased through an unauthorized transaction. Change of mind, software incompatibility disclosed before purchase, failure to read the description, or inability to use the content ordinarily does not qualify.

A buyer should contact support@godesignsmarket.com promptly and provide the order number and enough information to reproduce the issue. GoDesignsMarket may first allow the designer a reasonable opportunity to correct the file. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer remedies.

A partial refund revokes the affected item's access and license where appropriate and reverses related designer earnings, platform commission, membership allocation, rewards, and discounts proportionally. The small-order fee is returned only on a total refund. A successful chargeback invalidates the affected license and may suspend downloads while investigated.

Abusive refund requests, false claims, friendly fraud, or repeated unwarranted chargebacks may result in restrictions. This does not penalize a good-faith exercise of legal or cardholder rights.

8 Memberships

GoDesignsMarket offers a monthly membership for US $25 and an annual membership for US $200, equivalent to four months free compared with twelve monthly payments, unless a clearly disclosed promotion or a price shown at checkout applies. Memberships renew automatically at the displayed frequency until canceled. Before enrollment, checkout displays the price, billing frequency, next expected charge, included content, and cancellation method, and obtains affirmative consent to recurring billing.

The monthly plan includes eligible individual products. The annual plan includes eligible individual products and eligible bundles. Eligibility requires that content be published, approved, available, and unrestricted. Designers cannot selectively remove approved content from the program. Free items remain available without membership and do not generate a membership-pool allocation. Each member's membership pool is divided equally among the days of the paid period (the days of the month for monthly plans and the days of the year for annual plans) and allocated to designers according to the member's valid unique downloads on each day.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and stops future renewal. Access continues through that date unless the account is terminated for serious breach. A change from monthly to annual, or from annual to monthly, takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the new plan's price is charged on that date. A canceled membership may be reactivated under the then-current price and terms.

A member may request a full refund within 48 hours after a membership payment if no item was downloaded through the membership during that period. After 48 hours, or once any item has been downloaded, membership fees are nonrefundable except where mandatory law applies, a duplicate charge occurred, or the service was materially unavailable. GoDesignsMarket provides a simple online cancellation method through My Account. A price change applies prospectively and will be communicated before the next affected renewal as required by law.

Membership downloads grant the Membership License described in the License Terms: an Extended Commercial License while the membership is active, which becomes a Commercial License when it ends. Membership access is not a direct purchase. A member may separately buy an item to obtain a perpetual direct-purchase license.

9 Designer accounts and products

A designer must be approved, create one store as the sole owner at launch, provide accurate payout and business information, and maintain rights to every uploaded element. Products may be published after automated validation and remain subject to review, restriction, correction, or removal.

Designers must provide accurate English canonical content. Spanish title, description, and tags are optional and fall back field by field to English. Product images must comply with the platform's current media requirements. Each product may include up to five downloadable ZIP files of up to 200 MB each. Designers must disclose AI-generated elements, included formats, relevant dimensions, and material compatibility limits.

The ordinary price always includes the Commercial License. A designer may include the Extended Commercial License at no additional cost or offer it at a higher complete price. Products, descriptions, tags, previews, announcements, reviews, and store identity may not be illegal, deceptive, infringing, malicious, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, or designed to divert transactions.

Designers grant GoDesignsMarket a worldwide, nonexclusive, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, format, translate platform fields, display, market, demonstrate, deliver, and otherwise use submitted material as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the marketplace. This operational license ends after removal except for backups, legal records, completed buyer licenses, dispute evidence, and promotional material already committed for a limited campaign.

10 Designer earnings Wallet and withdrawals

For ordinary sales, the designer receives 75 percent and GoDesignsMarket receives 25 percent of the amount remaining after payment-processor fees, excluding taxes, small-order fees, and amounts otherwise identified as belonging solely to GoDesignsMarket. Store-funded discounts reduce the earnings base. GoDesignsMarket-funded discounts do not reduce it unless campaign terms say otherwise. Membership earnings are allocated under the disclosed pool rules and valid unique member downloads.

Sale earnings remain pending for 7 days, which serves as the refund window, and then become available. Membership-pool earnings become available when each day is closed. GoDesignsMarket may hold specific earnings for longer while a particular investigation, dispute, chargeback, legal duty, or provider restriction remains unresolved.

The minimum withdrawal is US $25. Withdrawals are requested on demand through PayPal or Payoneer, with only one active request at a time, and are normally issued within seven business days after the request. A withdrawal fee of 2 percent of the requested amount is deducted from each withdrawal. GoDesignsMarket may verify identity and payment ownership and may reject an unsafe, unlawful, unsupported, or inaccurate request.

Refunds and chargebacks reverse the designer's net earnings. GoDesignsMarket generally absorbs an external dispute fee caused solely by payment fraud, but may charge reasonable dispute costs caused by a defective, infringing, deceptive, or noncompliant product. A negative Wallet blocks withdrawals and is automatically offset against future earnings. Closing the account does not erase a valid debt. GoDesignsMarket will not debit an external account without separate authorization.

11 Reviews user content and community integrity

A verified buyer or eligible member who accessed an item may submit one written review with a star rating per product and edit it. Reviews must reflect genuine experience and may not contain threats, harassment, private information, advertising, off-platform payment requests, impersonation, or manipulation.

Designers may respond and report a review but may not edit or remove it. GoDesignsMarket may moderate content, preserve verified reviews of removed products, anonymize a closed account, and remove material that violates policy or law. No person may buy, trade, coerce, or condition a benefit on a positive review.

12 Intellectual property complaints

GoDesignsMarket respects intellectual property and maintains a repeat-infringer policy. Notices concerning copyright, trademark, impersonation, or other rights may be sent to legal@godesignsmarket.com and should identify the claimant, protected work or right, exact challenged material, location, contact information, good-faith basis, accuracy, authority, and physical or electronic signature.

For a copyright counter-notice, the uploader should identify the removed material and former location, state under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, provide name, address, telephone number, consent to the legally required federal jurisdiction, accept service from the complainant, and sign. GoDesignsMarket may forward notices and counter-notices to the affected parties and restore content only as applicable law permits.

Submitting a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may create liability. GoDesignsMarket may remove or restrict content on credible evidence without deciding ultimate ownership and may terminate repeat or egregious infringers.

13 Affiliates promotions and contests

Approved affiliates may earn commissions under the rate, attribution window, validation period, and payment rules displayed in the affiliate dashboard. Affiliates must make clear and conspicuous disclosures, use approved claims, avoid misleading links, spam, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, bidding on protected brand terms without permission, and other manipulation. Returns, fraud, canceled orders, and chargebacks may reverse commissions.

General promotions may have eligibility, territory, duration, inventory, and combination restrictions. Each sweepstakes or contest will have separate official rules identifying sponsor, eligible territories, dates, entry method, prize, odds or judging, and legally required exclusions. No purchase will be required where prohibited.

14 Service operation enforcement and termination

GoDesignsMarket may update, suspend, or discontinue features; conduct maintenance; correct errors; and use automated and human controls for security, fraud, moderation, search, and recommendations. The service is provided subject to reasonable availability and no uninterrupted operation is promised.

GoDesignsMarket may warn, limit, remove content, hold funds, suspend, or terminate an account for breach, risk, fraud, unlawful activity, provider instruction, sanctions, or harm to users or the service. When appropriate, the user will receive a general reason and an opportunity to correct or appeal. Immediate action may occur where delay would create harm or legal exposure.

A user may close an account after resolving pending orders, disputes, memberships, withdrawals, and balances. Buyers generally retain completed purchases and licenses unless access must be blocked for legal or security reasons. Provisions concerning ownership, payment, licenses already granted, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, disputes, and records survive.

15 Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and user-supplied content are provided as available and without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, uninterrupted operation, or compatibility. GoDesignsMarket does not guarantee that every designer statement is accurate or that a licensed design is exclusive or suitable for trademark use. Mandatory warranties remain unaffected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDesignsMarket and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of profit, data, opportunity, goodwill, or business; or unauthorized use of content by another user. GoDesignsMarket's aggregate liability arising from an event will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount the claimant paid to GoDesignsMarket during the 12 months before the event. This limitation does not apply where prohibited or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You will indemnify GoDesignsMarket and its affiliates against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your uploaded content, store, infringement, unlawful conduct, tax obligations, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the service, except to the extent caused by GoDesignsMarket's own unlawful conduct. Consumer rights that cannot be waived are preserved.

16 Governing law and disputes

Before filing a claim, a party should send a written notice to legal@godesignsmarket.com describing the facts, requested relief, and contact information and allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution. This requirement does not prevent small-claims proceedings, mandatory consumer remedies, or urgent relief for security, fraud, or intellectual property.

These Terms are governed by Delaware law and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict rules. Subject to nonwaivable consumer rights, the state and federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain any mandatory right to bring a claim in their home jurisdiction. No mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver is imposed by this version.

17 Changes communications and general terms

GoDesignsMarket may modify these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email and will state when they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance where law permits; separate consent will be obtained when required. Existing orders remain governed by the terms recorded with them unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Electronic notices, receipts, security alerts, and transaction messages may be sent to the account email. Marketing messages are optional and include an unsubscribe method. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited rather than invalidating the remainder. Failure to enforce once is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without consent; GoDesignsMarket may assign them with its business subject to applicable law.
