Overview
Last updated October 6 2026. This Cookies Policy explains how GoDesignsMarket LLC uses cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies on godesignsmarket.com. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small file stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies may store or read identifiers, preferences, or event information. Some technologies are essential for a requested service; others require consent depending on location.
1 Categories
Strictly necessary technologies operate authentication, account security, consent choices, load balancing, fraud prevention, cart, checkout, membership, downloads, and network delivery. The service cannot function reliably without them, so they are used where legally exempt from consent.
Functional technologies remember language, display preferences, and voluntary account choices. Where law treats a functional technology as nonessential, it is activated only after consent.
Analytics technologies help measure visits, searches, navigation, errors, performance, checkout events, and feature use. Google Analytics is planned for launch and will be disabled until consent where required. Advertising Signals, remarketing, and cross-site behavioral advertising will not be enabled at launch.
Affiliate technologies remember a valid referral so an approved affiliate can receive attribution after a qualifying order. They do not authorize an affiliate to identify an unrelated visitor. Payment and fraud providers may use their own necessary technologies during checkout.
2 Intended technology inventory
GoDesignsMarket may use a session cookie for authentication and security until sign-out or session expiry; a CSRF security token for the session; a consent-preference record for up to 12 months; a cart identifier for up to 30 days; language and display preferences for up to 12 months; and an affiliate referral identifier for the disclosed campaign attribution window.
With analytics consent, Google Analytics may set identifiers commonly named _ga and _ga_<container>, generally for up to 24 months or the shorter retention configured by GoDesignsMarket. Stripe may set fraud-prevention identifiers such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid, and PayPal may set security and checkout technologies on its domains. Provider names, exact cookie names, and durations can change; the live consent center or browser storage provides the current device-specific inventory.
We will not intentionally place Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, third-party ad-retargeting cookies, or similar behavioral-advertising technologies at launch.
3 Consent choices
Where consent is required, the first-visit banner provides equally accessible choices to Accept All, Reject Nonessential, or Manage Preferences. Nonessential technologies remain off until an affirmative choice. Continuing to browse is not treated as consent. Consent is recorded so we can honor and demonstrate the choice.
You may change or withdraw consent at any time through Cookie Settings in the footer or account settings. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing but stops future placement or reading of the disabled category, subject to technologies already stored until deleted or expired.
Necessary technologies cannot be disabled through the consent center because they support requested functions. You may block them in the browser, but sign-in, carts, payments, security, downloads, or other features may fail.
4 Third parties
Cloudflare may use security, network, bot-management, and load-balancing technologies. Stripe and PayPal may use payment authentication, fraud, and checkout technologies. Google may use analytics and sign-in technologies when those functions are selected. Payoneer may use technologies on payout enrollment or provider pages. Each provider also processes information under its own notice.
A link or embedded provider does not permit unrestricted tracking. We configure integrations to minimize data and disable optional advertising functions at launch.
5 Browser controls and signals
Most browsers let you view, delete, block, or restrict cookies and clear local storage. Blocking all storage may sign you out and break essential functions. Mobile operating systems may provide additional identifier and tracking controls.
Where applicable law requires it for a covered practice, we recognize Global Privacy Control. Because GoDesignsMarket does not currently sell personal information or use cross-site targeted advertising, that signal may not change the current experience. Do Not Track does not have a consistent industry definition, but we continue to evaluate legal requirements.
6 Retention and updates
Session technologies expire when the session or browser closes, subject to security needs. Persistent technologies remain for the period disclosed in the consent center or until removed. Consent records may be retained longer as evidence of compliance. Analytics event retention is configured to a limited period and reviewed periodically.
We will update this Policy and the consent center before adding a materially new nonessential purpose. If a change requires new consent, the technology will remain disabled until that consent is obtained.
